85mm DIY Waterjet Housing PackageA complete 3D-printable waterjet housing system for DIY electric surfboards, developed and field-tested over multiple builds. Includes housing, stator, and nozzle (60mm exit). My own impeller design is included as well, though a commercial impeller can be used as an alternative (see specs below).What's included:

All parts are keyed and fit together in one orientation only — no guesswork needed.
Print settings:
Tested with PLA. 5-6 walls (perimeters) with 5-10% infill was sufficient for all parts, including the nozzle exit and motor mount — no issues at this setting even under load.For waterproofing, I applied a single-component urethane varnish to the exterior surfaces, in addition to silicone/epoxy at the marked groove areas (see assembly images).
