This is a Tesla duct model is made initially for Tesla V100, but should also fit:
- M series: M10, M40, M60
- P series: P40 & P100
- V series: V100 & PG500 cards.For previous Tesla K series cards, check my other designs. Also, for smaller Tesla models M4, P4, T4, A2, L4 - use my other designs...
Custom designed shroud is a perfect way of cooling a passive-heatsink NVIDIA Tesla's (not included) listed above outside of the case with Noctua A12 fan. This shroud (together with the fan, not included) is engineered to fit precisely to the card, and to meet/exceed the card's cooling requirements. Model is optimized for good hand feel, without sharp edges & quality of design according to best engineering practices by a engineer with a degree, but also protected with logo (not shown on photo, only in STL).
3D printing material for higher temperature resistance is advised: ABS, ASA, HIPS, PP, PC or Nylon. Also, a small supports are needed, so be sure to make them - see the attached pictures! After 3D printing, use some paint for smoothing edges for better air flow. I use thermal resistant paint for up to 250°C, for this use.
For fixing this duct to Tesla, use 3pcs DIN 912 M3 screws.
Model is tested & suited for Noctua A12 fan with DIN 933 M4x40 screws, nut DIN 934 M4 with normal washer DIN 125 (tightening parts not included)! Using other tightening sizes at your own risk to fit with part.
Item dimensions: 120x120x156mm.
This model was co-developed with measurements & tests on card from user caseymdk, for which I am thankful for this cooperation.
