Made by fusion360, M6*8mm flange face hexagon socket head cap screw with pad screw with nut, ISO metric thread specification right hand, pitch 1mm. It can be printed. output polygon to blender, and output general formats such as stl and obj. Screenshots are rendered with light materials in blender. No UVs and maps.
Measured printing, printed on Aurora Z603s FDM printer, the effect is shown in the screenshot, the transparent PLA material used may not be very clear, the nut needs to be enlarged 0.3~0.5mm in the XY axis direction to perfectly fit the matching screw, which is provided with My 3MF print file has been enlarged by 0.5mm.
Suddenly I found that the direction of the screw anti-skid pattern was reversed, so I have an obsessive-compulsive disorder and updated a revised version of the fix, providing F3d and blender files and stl, obj general formats.
