This is my 3d printable cessna 152 that I spent the summer of 22 designing. Total print time is over 150 hours and the total 3d printed weight in regular PLA is just over 1 kg. The aircraft was fitted with power pack B from flight test. Hope you all enjoy! some tips for post procesing:-Sand the contact surfaces between parts - helps make the glue bond stronger between 2 parts. -Follow all of the attatched images for proper print orientation. -purchase a pack of 2mm and 3mm by 400mm carbon rods, and a razor blade to help cut the rods to length. the rear landing gear rod is made from a bent 2mm Dia. stainless rod.
