3D model descriptionExperience the elegance and engineering of an age-of-sail superpower with our Grand Line 130 cutaway-style ship-of-the-line model. Designed after a 130-gun vessel, this kit captures the grandeur of the era with an interior-focused display approach reminiscent of classic cutaway ship models. With 100+ individual STL files—many used repeatedly—builders can easily surpass 200 total printed parts, depending on their preferred level of detail. The hull measures 226 mm wide, 278 mm high, and 208 mm long, rising to 650 mm with the full mast set in place. Offered as both two-piece and four-piece hull kits, this model provides flexibility for different printer sizes and allows builders to create richly populated interiors and deck scenes using the included accessories. Such as cannons and carriages, gun deck equipment, shot racks, ladders, interior furniture, galley stove, anchors, ship’s boats, deck grates, gunport lids, decorations, masts and rigging elements, and other detailing parts for fully furnishing the interior and decks.
3D printing settingsThe model is engineered for smooth printing and modular assembly. Makers with large-format printers can print the hull halves as single pieces, while standard 22×22×25 cm printers can complete each hull section in two runs. If you have a different type of printer, you can scale up or down the parts as necessary. We recommend a 0.2–0.28 mm layer height for structural parts and 0.12–0.16 mm for fine detailing, with 10–15% infill to keep the build light but sturdy. The accessory parts allow complete freedom in outfitting the interior, decks, and rigging, letting each builder customize the ship to their preferred historical interpretation. This versatile cutaway-style project delivers an impressive display piece and an immersive building experience worthy of any naval enthusiast or master modeler.
