Nvidia Tesla K20 K20X K20Xm 92mm Fan Shroud 3D print model

Hello,

This is the file you need to print Tesla K20/K20X/K20Xm 92mm Fan Shroud. Originally Tesla K20's come with passive cooler. This model adds an active cooler mount (92mm) which lowers temperature significantly. I've used old AMD Wraith Stealth (92mm diameter) to active cool the accelerator. You can use any other 92mm diameter fan, just make sure you're wenting heat out of the case, not into it.

Effects were as follows:

• Case 1 Workload 100% ETH Mining (2.038Mh/s DAG 385, 13Mh/s DAG 0) Stock, passive cooling 97*C - Card shutdown 92mm Fan shroud, active cooling 56-59*C

• Case 2 Workload 100% Rendering, Boinc, Stress Test Stock, passive cooling 97*C - Card shutdown 92mm Fan shroud, active cooling 58-63*C

• Fan shroud dimensions: 103,5 x 100 x 39mm

• Fan shroud dimensions with AMD Wraith Stealth fan 103,5 x 100 x 60mm
