This is a car cupholder and water bottle adapter. Have you ever had the problem where you try to fit a water bottle into a car cupholder, but it just does not fit? This is a solution to that. This adapter is designed to fit into a cupholder and then taper out to the size of a larger water bottle. It allows you to turn any cupholder into a larger cupholder.
Assembly
- Find the cupholder you want to use the adapter on
- Print all the pieces that are required
- Place the ring adapter in the cupholder (optional)
- Place the cupholder adapter in the cupholder or the adapter ring
Required Pieces
- Cupholder (files are available to fit cups in diameters of 95 mm, 100 mm, 110 mm and 120 mm)
- Ring Adapter

- Material: PLA or PETG (for extra strength)
- Supports: Yes
- Supports are required on the cupholder
- Orientation:
- Lay the cupholder with the base on the build plate
- Lay the bottom of the ring adapter on the build plate
