Tactical Snow Stick Grenade | Snowball Maker
️ Dominate the winter battlefield.
Upgrade your snowball arsenal with this Tactical Snow Stick Grenade Maker. Designed for rapid production and maximum throwing distance, this mold allows you to create dense, aerodynamic snow grenades inspired by the classic stick grenade design.
The unique 3-part design features a textured mold for the warhead and a specialized printed handle. The handle isn't just for throwing—it serves a crucial function in the assembly process, acting as a tightening tool to compress the snow and ensure the grenade holds its perfect shape during flight.
Design Features
- Tactical Texture: The waffle pattern inside the mold creates a rugged grip on the snow, mimicking a fragmentation sleeve.
- Compression Handle: The printed handle features a bulbous core designed to be inserted into the snow. It acts as an anchor and is used to tighten the snow packing, preventing the head from disintegrating in mid-air.
- Durable Hinge-Free Design: The mold halves are separate to eliminate the risk of hinges snapping in freezing temperatures.

How to Use
- Fill both halves of the mold with fresh packing snow.
- Press the two halves together to form the initial cylinder shape.
- Insert the printed handle into the opening at the bottom of the mold.
- Tighten the Snow: Push and twist the handle firmly into the snow core. This step tightens the internal snow structure, locking it around the handle and ensuring the shape holds correctly.
- Open the mold to reveal your combat-ready stick grenade!

- Layer Height: 0.2mm to 0.28mm (Thicker layers reduce print time).
- Wall Loops: 3 to 4 walls (Essential for stiffness when compressing snow).
- Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid for handle strength).
- Support: None Required.
- Orientation: Print the mold halves flat on their outer backs. Print the handle vertically (use a brim if needed for stability).
