This is a Tesla duct model for M4, P4, T4 cards. Should also fit to A2 & L4, but so far those cards have not been tested with this model (use at your own risk).
Custom designed shroud is a perfect way of cooling a passive-heatsink NVIDIA Tesla's (not included) listed above in a desktop/workstation/server case. This shroud (together with the fan, not included) is engineered to fit precisely to the card, and to meet/exceed the card's cooling requirements. Model is optimized for good hand feel, without sharp edges & quality of design according to best engineering practices by a engineer with a degree, but also protected with logo (not shown on photo, only in STL).
Revision comments:
- v2 brought the motherboard cooling, as there is motherboard southbridge (on Lenovo D30)
- v3 brings the same surface as fi60mm fan for cooling of the Tesla x4, while rest of the fi80 is diverted into 2 channels. 1st channel next to a larger GPU towards the fan of the Quadro / Titan (or similar GPU card), while 2nd channel is diverted to cool off the outer layer of Tesla x4 & extract heat from the Tesla side cover. See the pictures...
Item dimensions: 80x100x126mm.
3D printing material advised (for higher heat resistance): ABS, ASA, HIPS, PP, PC or Nylon.
To smooth up the surface, it is suggested to put sprayed canned paint, which can be put on 3D print material. Please advise on this by your own!
Model is tested & suited for (Noctua A8, not included) 80x80x25 server fan with M4x35 screws, normal nut ISO 4032 (DIN 934) M4 with normal ISO 7089 (DIN 125) washer (tightening parts not included)! Using other tightening sizes at your own risk to fit with part.
