This is a professional air dummy nozzle for paint gun, needed for protection of the nozzle / gun when dual gun operation is made on a robot. The nozzle is copy of the real nozzle, but it would not work correctly for painting! This is only a dummy for a protection, as shown from on our robot. Please do not try to put pressure over the 3D printed nozzle, as it has not been made to withstand the pressures.

In this purchase you will get a dummy model of nozzle.

Use any kind of material, which will support the dummy model chemically (which does not react with paint, hardener or distillers).

You get here a STL file, so cut it according to your printer. Suggestion is to orient it while printing on back side & put supports on the 3D printed part. After 3D printing, remove the supports & gently brush of the access material.
