This is a professional air dummy nozzle for PROGRAMMING paint gun & robot with 8mm diameter of straw. The nozzle is copy of the real nozzle with a 8mm nose for inside 8mm straw attachment & holes for not intentional release of paint. This is only a dummy for a PROGRAMMING. Please do not try to put pressure over the 3D printed nozzle, as it has not been made to withstand the pressures.

The model is done for 8mm inside diameter of straws. It is used on a gun, with a provisional length of a straw in order to:

• Point the gun in a 1 point with a robot painter.
• A straw is needed not only for accuracy of the gun, but also to show how much the paint gun is away from the painting piece. So using a 250mm straw with show you exactly when is the robot 250mm away from painted piece.

In this purchase you will get a dummy model of nozzle. Straws you need to get by yourself, this mode is for 8mm inside diameter.

Use any kind of material, which will support the dummy model chemically (which does not react with paint, hardener or distillers).

You get here a STL file, so cut it according to your printer. Suggestion is to orient it while printing on back side & put supports on the 3D printed part. After 3D printing, remove the supports & gently brush of the access material.

Attachment of a straw needs to be done with some force, for easier insertion there is a chamfer on the top of the nose of the nozzle.
