This is a Tesla duct model for M4, P4, T4 cards. Should also fit to A2 & L4, but so far those cards have not been tested with model (use at your own risk). This long narrow duct addresses putting 60x60xXX mm fan some 40mm after the longest side GPU card (of ~268mm) next to small Tesla (of ~168mm), in order to accomodate the room in between cards for duct. V2 brings a side step in order to accomodate more room for for motherboard circuits & their coolers.
Custom designed shroud is a perfect way of cooling a passive-heatsink NVIDIA Teslas (not included) listed above in a desktop/workstiation/server case. This shroud (together with the fan, not included) is engineered to fit precisely to the card, and to meet/exceed the card's cooling requirements. Model is optimised for good hand feel, without sharp edges & quality of design according to best engineering practices by a engineer with a degree, but also protected with logo (not shown on photo, only in STL). 3D printing material advised: ABS, ASA, HIPS, PP, PC or Nylon. Model has been made in order to fit Tesla with larger dual-slot GPU card (GeForce, Quadro, Grid / Tesla), so that fans (60x60 & dual-slot card fans) are separated in order to bring down the accoustics & increase air flow through both cards. So a distance of 100 mm in between cards room + ~40mm for round area for fan is made between small Tesla (M4, P4, T4) & fan mouting point.
Model is tested & suited for 60x60x25 server fan with M4x35 screws, nut ISO 4032 M4 with plain washer DIN 433 (tightening parts not included)! Using other tightening sizes at your own risk to fit with part.
Item dimensions: 161x61x40mm. For fitting into case, add fan width to 161mm.
Model is tested for fitting (see pictures) next to smaller Quadro P5000 card & smaller one acting as Tesla card (a Quadro T1000). Cards are not included into model!
