This is a Tesla duct model for M4, P4, T4 cards. Should also fit to A2 & L4, but so far those cards have not been tested with model (use at your own risk). This long narrow duct addresses putting 40x40xXX mm fan aligned with the longest side GPU card (of ~268mm) next to small Tesla (of ~168mm). This mode has brought a side step in order to accommodate more room for for motherboard circuits & their coolers, while also came with a distance for fan GPU cards, as most professionals use fan Quadro's, Titan's or similar cards.
Model is tested for fitting (see pictures) next to smaller Quadro P5000 card & smaller one acting as Tesla card (a Quadro T1000). Cards, which are not included into model!
Item dimensions: 121x40x63m. For fitting into case, add fan width to 60mm.
Custom designed shroud is a perfect way of cooling a passive-heatsink NVIDIA Tesla's (not included) listed above in a desktop/workstation/server case. This shroud (together with the fan, not included) is engineered to fit precisely to the card, and to meet/exceed the card's cooling requirements. Model is optimized for good hand feel, without sharp edges & quality of design according to best engineering practices by a engineer with a degree, but also protected with logo (not shown on photo, only in STL). 3D printing material of properties 80+°C is advised: ABS, ASA, HIPS, PP, PC or Nylon.
Model has been made in order to fit Tesla with next to larger GPU fan cards (GeForce, Quadro, Grid / Tesla), so that fans (40x40xXX) are aligned in the back of the GPU card, while also giving room for GPU fan to increase air flow through both cards.
Model is tested & suited for Noctua A4 40x40x20 server fan with Noctua NA-SAV3 rubber mounts (rubber mounts not included)! Using other tightening sizes at your own risk to fit with part.
