This multi-piece mount allows you to mount your Alpha-Omega 900 amplifier into a 19rack. Was designed for a 3U Gator Case rack bag but am sure it would fit in any 19 rack.3D printing settings

I printed it in PLA + for the strength..28 Layer hieght20% infillHorizontal expansion -0.1Hole horizontal expansion 0.1

The holes and connection joints of the parts are printed with a 90% infill around them for strength. By using the Support Blocker tool in Cura.If you load the 3mf files directly into Cura slicer it should have all the settings already set that i used.

You would also need:8 1/4-20 bolts, at least 1 1/2 long8 1/4washers8 1/4 lock nuts

About 635g of filament and about 45 hrs to print everything
