Model information:

In full scale, this katana model is about 1000mm high and 103mm wide and 113mm deep.

This model was divided into 5 pieces and I didn't cut it into more pieces because it's better to cut to the size of your printer.

When printing the blade, I recommend not using PLA filament, it deforms easily. For me, the blade was perfectly straight when I printed in ABS.

If you're going to cut, I recommend the 3d builder program, it's very easy to use.

The sheath is designed with some additional space on the inside so the inside edges can be lined with felt to protect the blade as it slides in and out.
