I saw a helmet illustration and loved the design. It is the helm of Jon Snow Rhaegar Targaryen's father.

With the helmet files you have a head model, so you can base it on so you can make size changes more easily. Just measure your head size and in the slicing program and put the size on the mannequin and then you will know the percentage that the helmet has to have to be adjusted to your head.

The helmet size is 194mm wide, 250mm high and 235mm deep. The dummy is 150mm, 201mm and 169mm.
