Solar Sail Boat - Electrogravitic lift and propulsion - Concept

Electrogravitic sail boat propulsion, self created electric wind along the bow. And self created wind from top to bottom, to make the boat appear lighter in the water, more buoyant. First circuit positive pole starts in the nose, the front, the north, and is pulled along the bow front to back. The part of the boat under water remains insulated. True. A second circuit will pull wind down from The top to the bottom orientation of the boat, I’ll probably have to use the sail shape to generate lifting effect.
