DESCRIPTION

This is the Soviet - Russian Cluster aviation bomb RBK-500-255 PTAB 2.5 (РБК-500-255 ПТАБ 2.5).
This is an assembly - stand 3D model, in scale 1:5 and THREE variants (External forms, Full assembly, Training stand with Cut).
Aircraft single bomb cassette of 500 kg caliber is designed to destroy enemy armored vehicles and warehouses.
It is designed for use from horizontal and dive flights from altitudes up to 16,000 m and at speeds up to 1,200 km/h.
To open the cassette and eject PTAB 2.5 bombs from the cassette, a powder charge is used, which is ignited
by a remote tube of the TM-24B type, which is screwed into the headstock together with the MDV-4 mechanism.
Basic RBK data:
Length - 1500 mm;
Body diameter - 450 mm;
Stabilizer span - 570 mm;
Weight of the unequipped cassette - 225.6 kg;
Minimum permissible height of cassette opening - 500 meters;
Number of PTAB-2.5, stowed in one cassette - 50 pcs.
Main characteristics of the PTAB-2.5 anti-tank aerial bomb:
Weight - 2.5 kg
Diameter - 60 mm
Length - 360 mm
Type of charge - shaped charge.
Type of fuze - bottom, contact.

Dimensions of the model 320x117x124mm. maximum - Including stand (scale 1 to 5 in relation to the real size).
The model stand is stylized to look like a real industrial stand for the production and maintenance of such aerial bombs.
One of the variants of the model is a moulage with conventionally opened internal cavity - a cognitive model to create
an educational understanding of the basics of the internal structure and principles of operation in a visual form.
The models are made in SolidWorks program. They are intended primarily for 3D printing or partial CNC manufacturing of bench models
- training models, for use as a visual aid. The models are not exact copies of the forms of the real product, but contain the forms of the main element
s and are adapted for the possibility of manufacturing and subsequent assembly of the model-imitation of the product.
The models are assembly models, containing all the conditional part files (STL) in high-polygonal design to obtain qualitatively smooth shapes.
The parts can be attached to each other with glue or with pins (wire material) to preserve the possibility of later disassembly.
In addition, the set contains all files for obtaining high-quality realistic close-up renderings (smooth lines, highlighted, prepared surfaces
for applying materials or textures). In addition to solid model file formats, converted highly detailed polygonal file formats are additionally provided.
Mesh:
Vertices 143772
Faces 287572
(RBK500-255 ptab 2.5_MARK_PUSTOI.obj - model variant, external forms only)
