DESCRIPTION

Garage Auto Service includes around 50 unique low-poly 3D models, carefully optimized for real-time rendering. The complete scene contains 139,860 triangles, ensuring smooth and efficient performance in games, simulators, and other interactive applications.

The scene features 19 PBR materials (including 3 wall variations and 2 ceiling variations), all with 4K texture sets: Base Color, Normal (OpenGL), Normal (DirectX), Roughness, Metallic, AO, MetallicSmoothness, and OcclusionRoughnessMetallic. Texel density is maintained at 500 px/m and above across all assets to guarantee consistent texture resolution. All models are created with clean, well-organized topology.

Fully compatible with Unity, Unreal Engine, and other modern pipelines that support PBR workflows.
