The scene features 19 PBR materials (including 3 wall variations and 2 ceiling variations), all with 4K texture sets: Base Color, Normal (OpenGL), AO, MetallicSmoothness. Texel density is maintained at 500 px/m and above across all assets to guarantee consistent texture resolution. All models are created with clean, well-organized topology.
