Bathroom 09 Low-poly 3D model

This is high quality model of modern bathroom.

The scene contains two sink built in on top of their cabinets with 2 drawers each.

Simple mirror hanged above the sinks.

Nice and modern heating unit next to the sinks.

There is big and comfortable corner bathtub built in with tiles and with faucet.

The toilet is completelely modeled with seat and desk, it also comes with flush button, paper holder and toilet brush. It is hanged on panel behing it.

And to top it off, there are few details like soapholders, towells and ceiling lights etc...

Tiles are made via textures from Substance designer. These are all included in the zip file as well as the rendered scene and the Substance file itself.

UVWs are all unwrapped and most objects has second uv tag for lightmaps. (for unreal engine for example)

All models are kept as low poly as I could, but with toilet, bathtub and sinks with little more polygons to get nice and smooth finish.
