This is high quality model of modern bathroom.

The scene contains two sinks with faucets. Nice modern desk type cabinets, with door and center lowerd cabinet for towells and various accesories.

Simple mirror glued in between the tiles above the sinks.

Nice and modern heating unit next to the modern handleless door.

There is big and comfortable bathtub with nice underglow feature.

Next to the bath is hanging tall cabinet in same style as the sink ones.

Next to the sinks is standin very big (120cm x 90cm) glass shower doors. Inside are shower panel, floor drain and some decorations.

And to top it off, there are few details like soapholders, towells and ceiling lights, shampoo bottles etc...

Tiles are made via textures from Substance designer. These are all included in the zip file as well as the rendered scene and the Substance file itself. There is more textures created in the substance file that was actually used. Different wave patterns, some darker colors ets. Feel free to use them as well :)

UVWs are all unwrapped and most objects has second uv tag for lightmaps. (for unreal engine for example)

All models are kept as low poly as I could, but with bathtub and sinks with little more polygons to get nice and smooth finish.

There are a few extra shots to show-off the tile textures itself. They were made via normals and height maps.
