This is high quality model of big modern bathroom.

The scene contains 2 sinks with faucets. Under there are two cabinets with drawers and one handy shelf with towels. Above there is nice big mirror.

There is big and comfortable shower with open entry. Shower panel has control for head and hand shower, and water control. These are made via textures.

In the shower are floor drain and some accesories.

The toilet is completelely modeled with seat and desk, it also comes with modern motion based flush button and paper holder. Symbols on the button are made via texture, so you can easily change color to match you scene.

There is also towel radiator in very modern style.

And to top it off, there are few details like soapholders, towells and ceiling lights and various accesories (creams, gels, flower pot etc.)

Tiles are made via textures. These are all included in the zip file as well as the rendered scene. Tiles are made via mask texture. So you can easily change colors. There are a few shots in different color schemes as example.

UVWs are all unwrapped and most objects has second uv tag for lightmaps. (for unreal engine for example)

All models are kept as low poly as I could.
