Motor - Work - Generator - Direct Axial Regeneration - Concept

Motor - perform Work axis -[re] Generator - rotate axis and generate from the same axle rotation, after work is done - also works in reverse - switch motor to generator mode and vice versa generate one direction motor in the other. it depends on what direction you need the work axis to rotate. but why not complete the electrical circuit in a more direct and efficient way? the axis has a single RPM at a time, allowing us to regain energy from the same size of generator. (both are the same size and strength].
