This 3D model is based on a real heavy-duty industrial lift-and-transfer conveyor that has been used in actual production and has operated reliably and consistently for many years.
The equipment is designed for lifting and cross-transferring tooling pallets, workpiece carriers, fixtures, and heavy loads on roller conveyor production lines. It changes the conveying direction of the workpiece by combining vertical lifting and horizontal chain-driven transfer functions within one compact mechanical structure.
The lifting motion is driven by a large motor through an eccentric mechanism, while the horizontal transfer motion is driven by a smaller motor through a chain transmission system.
This model is suitable for conveyor system design, automated production line design, factory equipment layout, mechanical engineering reference, material handling system development, industrial visualization, and digital factory applications.
