Thermoform Packaging Machine – Technical Description

This thermoform machine is a high-efficiency packaging system that integrates heating, forming, and sealing processes. It shapes rigid plastic sheets using form molds and hygienically seals the product within the packaging. The system operates exclusively with rigid cutting molds and is capable of running up to 4 different molds.

The machine is equipped with two powerful vacuum pumps, which ensure the plastic sheet is perfectly formed into the mold during the thermoforming process and provide reliable air evacuation during sealing for a tight, durable package.
