3D Model of the residental cubic house.

There are two versions of the model available for the download. One is native Revit 2020 project and the other is Blender 2.82 project. Both models are textured, with already set up lighting including internal light sources. Both models are exactly the same with just one slight difference which are models of the plants. Projects are made in real scale, the dimensions of the building are designed keeping in mind basic architectural guidelines and requirements. The building contains three storeys, one level below the ground level with undeground garage and a cellar and two levels above the ground level designed for residental purposes. The architectural style in which the building was designed is modern architecture style. The model doesn't contain interior equipment such as furniture , it only contains basic light fixtures, stairs, windows and doors, beside this fact the interior is free for adaptation. The model contains building plot with plants, fence and paving. The material used in this particural design are mainly plaster finishings for walls, granite tiles for low-walls, granite for window sills and sills, wooden panels for floors, adonized aluminum window frames etc.

Floor plans: Level 0 contains living-room with a kitchen, three large rooms, boiler room, vestibule, corridor and a bathroom.Level +1 contains four large bedrooms, bathroom, garderobe, corridor, parlor.Level -1 contain undeground garage with adjacent workshop, corridor, one big parlor for parties, large storage room and a bathroom.Ground level - there is pool-site with large pool adjacent to the building on its rear side.

Revit file contains all additional parameters characteristic for Revit projects including thickness of the structural layers of the structural elements of the building. Blender file contains already set up HDRI lighting and there are a few scenes already set for the exterior renderings.
