5-storey parking garage with a complete modern gas station on the roof deck. The five stacked ramps genuinely connect every parking level to the rooftop forecourt - the model is fully drivable from the street entry to the pumps - which makes it ideal for driving games, open-world city scenes, archviz and animation.
The parking structure has 105 correctly spaced stalls on a real 2.6 m grid (100 mm yellow lines, 5.0 m deep bays) with wheel stops, columns on the stall lines, precast spandrel facades, white slab-edge bands with a soft blue LED reveal, a glazed stair core rising to the roof, and an entry portal with boom barriers, clearance bar, P sign and painted ENTRY / EXIT lanes. The two-way straight ramp bay climbs at a realistic 12.3 percent grade with painted edge lines, centre dashes, concrete upstand parapets and lit soffits, arriving on the roof through a guard-railed opening with an ALL LEVELS portal.
The rooftop station is a normal brand-new 2026 design: flat white canopy with navy and amber stripe fascia, internally lit sign panels, recessed downlights, square clad columns with protection bollards, two islands with four multi-grade dispensers (keypads, card readers, media screens, price toppers and three colour-coded nozzles per face) and an EMPTY convenience store - storefront glazing, exterior cornice, interior crown molding and baseboard, lit ceiling, deliberately free of clutter. A street ID pylon carries the fuel prices. All branding is the fictional SKYFUEL brand, safe for commercial use.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION66052 triangles / 93038 vertices (measured from the GLB)1379 objects - clean box-modelled architecturePolygon mesh, triangulated on export, no n-gonsReal-world metric scale: building 38 x 23.4 m footprint, 21.3 m tallOverall scene including site apron and pylon: 52 x 36 x 21.3 mOrigin at street level under the building, Y-up in glTF exportsNo rigging, no animation, no cameras or lights in the exportsEmissive materials (LED strips, sign faces, battens, screens) glow in any engine that supports emission
MATERIALS AND TEXTURES34 PBR materials26 PNG maps (base color / normal / roughness) embedded in the GLB, 512 to 2048 px, seamless and tileableSame maps shipped loose and zipped for the GLTF / OBJ / FBX workflowsUVs: all meshes unwrapped and non-overlapping per island; large architectural surfaces use world-scale cube projection with tiling textures (overlapping by design), so choose the Overlapping UV description

ENGINE NOTESImport at 1.0 scale - the model is true metricKeep the PNG maps in the same folder as the .gltf / .obj or they load untexturedThe site apron slab is a separate object and can be deleted if you only want the buildingSimple box collision works well; the ramps are single sloped slabsNo LODs - the count is low enough for a city block asset
