Create a city in a picturesque Cuba style or a fictitious town from the animation series ‘Hey Arnold!’

The set includes 290 files in FBX format, ready to use in any 3D game engine. All pivots are correctly placed and all meshes are scaled proportionally one to another with frozen transformations, which makes them workable. All fbx files have been remade into prefab without transformation.

The set includes 584 prefabs including around 100 ready made buildings real-world size models decorated with elements such as gutters, signs, window bars with various roofs, balconies, windows and many more. Part of the buildings are in performance version without side walls.

You can create own buildings, in desired shape, your imaginations is the only limit!

The town style is unique not only from the design point of view but also the way of created this (workflow) Creating new prefab buildings is fast and pleasant thanks to precisely made elements, especially made pivots and the opportunities of default snap function of unity 3D

In your own 3D graphic programme you can add some basic elements suitabble to my town pipeline, texture using my or own texture atlas and build even more diverse town.

What’s more I made a ready made arrangements, thanks to which you can build even faster and comfortably without a need of creating many basic elements.

You work in a modular course. Each element was very precisely made on grid in blender with the use of snap function (basic element is 2mx5m).

The artistic process can be fastened even more, thanks to snap function built in in Unity. When you click snap an object will move in its place and precisely stick to other elements, without walls enmeshed.
