A old covered bridge with texture. This is designed to work well on gaming engine. It was created with blender (Cycles materials) and the file formats include an *.FBX
All formats, ready to use in any 3D game engine. All pivots are correctly placed and all meshes are scaled proportionally one to another with frozen transformations, which makes them workable.
Main render made in Blender 3D + Cycles using these PBR colours and/or textures with a Material Node scheme provided in the blend scene (see preview images).

A beautifully textured model that imported into Blender 3.6.2 with no problems using the provided Blender import file. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. This model was easily adapted for TRS22. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. I am pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this model and recommend it to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
