Description

A P-51B/C of the 302nd Squadron, 332nd Fighter Group. The famous Red Tails, flown by the Tuskegee Airmen. This aircraft represents Kitten as flown by the then Captain Charles E. McGee in Italy Summer 1944.

Model notes: Modo and Blender files are fully textured and rigged to allow controls , canopy, undercarriage and propeller to be animated. With a sample animation keframed to demonstrate. Blender 2.93 used, but will load into 2.8. Additional Alembic file format is also animated, but untextured. FBX is animated as above and has basic textures applied. Texture files and UV mapping are included for all versions of the model. Note that the original files use UDIM format, so texture files are numbered -1001 for 1st UV tile, -1002 for second and so on.
