This is a collection of shipping container 3d models for portable commercial buildings modified for cafes, restaurants, kiosks, booths, stalls, mini houses, etc. These 3D models are designed for CGI purposes, but still use a real scale. The total number of assets is 44 + 1 collection (10 assets) of basic models without textures for templates.

Note: If one of the above file formats isn't included in this collection, you can use a Sketchup or Blender file and export it to your desired format. For C4D and Rhino users, you can import the Sketchup file directly into your software.
