40x40mm Hinge Free 3D print model

Optimized layout for a print in place hinge with fast print time, no support needed. With this layout the wobble between the 2 parts is minimal, while still rotating smoothly and closing fully.

Dimensions:40x40x4(8 when closed)mm, m4 holes. Dimensions can be adjusted upon request.

Print settings:This model is designed to be printed laying flat on it's back.Takes about 30 minutes to print with a 0.50mm extrusion width, 3 shells and a 0.30mm layer height. Bridging is required. However this model can be printed with your prefered settings.There is a designed in 0.3mm tolerance between the parts.
