Settings depend heavily on the laser power and material thickness.

For 10 mm plywood/MDF:

Use multiple passes rather than excessive power in a single pass.Perform test cuts on scrap material first.Keep the workpiece flat and properly focused.Use air assist to reduce burning.Clean the cut edges after machining.Finishing

After cutting:

Remove tabs.Sand with 180 240 320 grit.Slightly break sharp edges.Remove dust.Apply food-safe mineral oil or suitable food-contact wood finish if the product will contact cookware/food-serving surfaces.

Important: Actual RPM, feed rate, power, and number of passes should be adjusted according to your CNC spindle/router, laser wattage, cutter diameter, material type, and material thickness. Always make a small test cut before production.
