This is a custom hinged swivel mount I made for Gopro cameras, it might work with other cameras i'm not sure.

It is modeled to use M5 bolts and has a knob to use with the bolts so no tools needed for adjustment. It swivels and hinges both in two areas. the base is nice and flat for universal applications

This was a custom made design by request. I can make other custom versions to mount to specific objects, Kayaks, helmets, mounts, etc
