Quad Housing Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This apartment house is designed for college students. We have something just like it on the south side of town called Lobo Village after our college mascott (the Lobo). friends of mine live in this building. Reason why it is called quad housing because there are four bedrooms to an apartment and each bedroom has its own full bathroom and closet. Each apartment house has a common kitchen and living room for each of the four occupants to share. Along with that, the apartment residents enjoy in apartment stacked washer/ dryer and water heater. This model is fully furnished using Google (now Sketchup) components for simplicity. These apartments came pre-furnished and the furniture is placed how it is in the real building. The fascade promotes the New Mexican high desert atmoshere. This building contains 12 apartments and there are a lot of buildings in the complex. Enjoy this college apartment house and please rate :)
