There are 12 studio apartments and 4 1 bedroom apartments in this building. The elevator lobby displays all 16 mail boxes. The studios actually have exceptional kitchen setups including a pull-out pantry. They have full bathrooms, and 3 different closets; coat, clothing, and linen. The 1 bedroom has all of that as well as a seperate bedroom and is a triffle bigger. On the first story, there is a laundromat and a book store. The basic layouts of the stores are all set to go, for the most part, are complete. Over time, I'll add a few accessories to them to liven them up and give them that complete feeling.the building. Also, notice the architecture in which it could be an older building. It doesn't have to be on the bad side of town but if you wish for it to be, add bars on the windows and some grafitti about the rear and there you go!
