House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a small classic suburban house. Yes, though small in exterior appearance, it still has all of the comforts of home. The rooms aren't frightfully tiny as anticipated. The exterior has a olive complextion with dark shutters. Around back is a sunroom built directly on the patio. Come on in! See there is a front living room, with an archway to the dining room. The kitchen is of good size plus has a apce for a breakfast table. There is a central powder room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms get a walk in closet. The secondary bedrooms are exactly the same size. This small house is a perfect starter home. There are cheap finishes including kitchen appliances throughout to resemble a cheaply built house.
