DESCRIPTION

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Saw tthis plan from Home Planners Inc, in the paper the other day. The only thing I changed was to make the 3-car garage into a 2-car garage with a family room for the kiddies to play in. Even the garage door is the same as the front elevation! Personally the living/kitchen/dining setup is rather unusual. The entertainment centre is from the March 2014 Architectural Digest. (pg. 127) The office cabinets are standard sectional units. The window in the office facing the porch could be made into a door for a private entrance. Or the office could be a 4th bedroom. There is a covered patio at the rear. This is a billboard house, meaning the fancy side is the front, the rest is plain. Windows are 4 over 4 faux divided lites; the rest of windows are casements except the dining area, which are the same as the front ones. Let me know what you think about this plan. TY contributors!
