Published models not showing anywhere

I recently tried to post a gun 3 times. The first time, it showed up in my published model list but it was not reachable through search bar. The other 2 times, it just said "successful" and that's it. it is nowhere. there is also no draft. So i lost the publication 2 times. I lost my patiance and decided to give up. I can't do anything from my end. Please fix this.
