IMHO you could easily ask much more than that if quality of the set would be a little bit higher. No normal maps, a lot of shading errors, smoothing not sorted out, no wireframe views, only colour map. Fix those things and you can ask a $99+ with confidence.
But if there's demand for such quality models, then price is right. Don't lower it to suggested $20 as your set consists of many assets, although very similar to each other, yet fairly distinct enough.
In my opinion, the price is too high. Something like 20-30$ would be fine. But you could leave the price as it is for one month and see if you sell something.
I have found over many years of creating 3D models that prices vary greatly. I always base my prices on what I believe to be a fair value and take into consideration how many times you believe the item will sell. It is all very subjective and only you as a developer can judge what you feel is an equitable price for your work.
