I'm sorry this question might have been answered many times but I can't find a simple yes or no answer to it.

No, you don't have to pay royalties or credit the author if you're using a model purchased with royalty free license. On the other hand, attribution, or giving a credit to the author is required in most cases, if you're using a free model downloaded from here or somewhere else.

Thanks for your answer, this is really appreciated, I'm making a project for a client using an asset I bought and wanted to make sure 100% I'm clear if the author isn't credited By any chance do you know on which document, paragraph, bullet point this information is written down ?

For more detailed information about licensing, read https://www.cgtrader.com/pages/terms-and-conditions specifically #20 and #21 paragraphs.

Does it means I can as well sell rendered images using 3D models bought here under the Royal Free Licence and featured in my render as a detail without having to give a credit to the creator ? Sorry for this new question I couldn't be sure of the answer by only reading the terms and conditions, Thank you very much, Remi

It depends on what you mean by selling rendered images. If you mean commissioned work for the clients, then yes, you can use purchased models for that, however if you mean rendering purchased models and selling those renders on stock photos marketplaces, then no, such usage is forbiden by the terms and conditions of stock photos marketplaces themselves.

Always Many thanks LemonadeCG ! It's a little bit unclear, I wouldn't be looking at selling these on stock photos marketplaces like shutterstock, but I would like to sell it as part of a printed material and as an NFT. Is that allowed ?
