Cannot find my finish project that I paid for

I am new to this. I hired a designer to do a model for me. We worked out the price and I gave him instructions. He designed the model and sent me a message with a jpg and that it was ready for print!. I paid the fee. And asked for the download file. He said I had to hit the finished button. I did that. Or I think I did it.

And now there is nothing. He is not responding to my emails. How will I know when the files are available and where do I look for them?
