I designed my model with the idea in mind, that 1 unit is 1 inch.
I uploaded my model and checked unit: inch.
But in my product page, the size of my model is not calculated, as it was designed in inches (like other print-services like shapeways do), it is calculated as designed in cm and the value of the size is then represented in inches. So my model is way to small.
I tried to scale it up in the source file and reuploaded the file in the edit section of my product, but the product doesn't update.
My question is: how can I resize or update my model? Or is this not possible and I have to delete i and reload it as a new product?

At the moment when you upload files, and get a price, you can't change it later by yourself. The one way now is to write to us, that we could "reload" your product and that system would take newly uploaded files and calculate prices based on new dimensions.
We are still fixing this thing so that prices would be shown correctly and one big fix will be live soon which, as we guess, should fix all the process later.
