Hi! What 3d printer for miniatures does have a goot quality and affordable price? I found that it can be some models of Monoprice brand, but I am not sure in a quality.

Good quality and affordable price is subjective. What is your budget and what kind of printer are you looking for? FDM or MSLA? Miniatures also can be a subjective term. Usually, the smaller the printer, the less expensive it is, but you will be limited in size of what you can print out.
