Meta Material - Operation Ion Jump - Electrogravitics Concept.

The idea is to have a ultralight, thin conductive material, that can carry a charge on its body, that we can then discharge on predictable, forced locations inside the material.the function is modular, namely to have a discharge from a tip, caught by the bottom round, soft conductive layer. i removed as much material as possible while maintaining its function.the shape is modular, naturally, can be placed inside another shape, can be doubled and changed in orientation. i have added the experimentational shapes as well for sizes etc.one could even 3D print the shape, and then only dip the tips with liquid conductive material, and have silver foil placed on top of the rounded dips.

if we inverted or changed orientation of a layer we could have an up wind or a down ionic wind, in relation to the entire object. the modular function is captured in minimized shape and can be multiplied and printed like a material that we can then in turn give new properties we desire.we can not only predict but cause the lightning to strike when and where we want. by controlling locations inside the material by wiring them or keeping them insulatedand then powering them locally separately, we could even have a hexalifter system we can steer. we can insulate the object to minimize the hissing sound.

imagine if we also placed thin wire coils around the insulator rods, making them electromagnets.... creating 6x120 or 360 degree magnetic field, all around the central discharge point, in a desired direction..... from top to bottom or vice versa.... between each stacked layer, nearly all available surface area, working together for achieving lift.....
