TATRA 148 3D print model

This is a small 3D printable model inspired by TATRA 148 with tilting tipper. The model can be used for rendering or 3D printing and then gluing together (.pdf assembly manual included).

History
Tatra is a Czech vehicle manufacturer founded in 1850. It is the third oldest company in the world producing cars with an unbroken history. In 1969 Tatra decided to modernize the existing T138 model with a number of improvements and design changes. The new model series was designated T148. Designers were tasked with the requirements of increasing engine power, vehicle speed and reliability as well as meeting stricter noise and emission regulations. Production of the T148 started in 1972 and ended in December 1982 where a total of 113,647 vehicles left the production line.

3D printing
There are 19 3D printed pieces. It is easily 3D printable without supports except the chasis. Chassis has to be printed with supports (see pictures). For printing I used PLA, 2-3 perimeters, 20% infill and thin wall detection. Consider using a brim for the tipper.
