A detailed model of the Celebrity Cruises cruise ship Edge.

The Celebrity Edge is a cruise ship operated by Celebrity Cruises. It is the lead ship of the four-unit Edge class and was commissioned in December 2018.

In early December 2014, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and STX France a letter of intent to build two ships for delivery in 2018 and 2020. The Celebrity Edge was ordered on February 1, 2015. Construction began on November 21, 2016. The keel laying of the Celebrity Edge took place on June 14, 2017 at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire. The ship undocked on January 22, 2018. On July 27, 2018, it took off for its first test drive, the last of which was successfully completed in September. The Celebrity Edge was delivered on October 31, 2018. The ship's maiden voyage was a transatlantic voyage beginning November 6, 2018, followed by two additional promotional maiden voyages in November and December 2018. The official maiden voyage finally took place on December 9.

The Celebrity Edge is based in Fort Lauderdale, from where she makes voyages to the Caribbean during the winter months. In the summer months she is deployed in the Mediterranean Sea.
