Star Wars Vigil-class imperial corvette 3D print model

I'm putting all the files through windows 3d building to help ensure a smoother print, and a lot of them are showing errors, and the hull segments are taking quite a long time to fix, and may not be repairable in 3d builder. If there any chance you could look into this, and see if there is anything you can do on your end? I am printing it off for a star wars RPG we are in, as it will be our mother ship, standing in for a Minstrel class space Yacht.

I am using the STL format. The Front body R/L are where the errors I've found that don't seem to fix easily are located. Everything else I've bumped into was fixed in a few minutes. 3d Builder was at these for over an hour and didn't finish.

Ok, do I downloaded the Front Body L/R as 3mf files and they open fine, but when saved as STL 3d builder says they have errors. All other pieces have been repaired successfully using 3d builder, but those 2 were not, even when downloaded in 3MF format, and then converted to STL. Any help on this would be appreciated.
