This vintage cigarette machine is based on an existing model from circa 1950-1970. I would have included textures if I still had the reference it's based on.

The model should be watertight for 3D printing purposes. It is modeled to scale, so if 3D printing, it will need to be scaled to your desired size. Also usable for CGI, though likely a reduction in the number of polygons is required (maybe, maybe not).
